Christianna Loupa graduated from the Panteion University and the Law School of
Athens, Greece. Her books After the Destruction, Smyrna-Occupation, On the Roads of
Destiny, Interwar-Occupation-Civil and her poetry collection Aπόπειρες [Attempts] were
published by Iolkos publications. In 2010 she was honored with the prize of the National
Ethnic Press and the Media Council of Canada for the promotion of Hellenism abroad.
Also, her poems have received awards in international poetry competitions. Her poems
have been included in the Great Encyclopedia of Modern Greek Literature by Haris
Patsis (volume 27). She writes articles for Greek newspapers and is the founder of the
online newspaper www.palmografos.com.
As a Citizen TALES member, Christianna is engaged in poetry writing and reading.
